Yogurt Cake with Jam – Fluffy and Soft

Fluffy Yogurt Cake with Jam
This recipe is designed for a loaf pan (about 25 cm) or a springform pan (about 24 cm in diameter).

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

200 g sugar

1 packet vanilla sugar

300 g plain yogurt (preferably 3.5% fat)

100 ml neutral cooking oil

300 g wheat flour (type 405)

1 packet baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 jar of jam of your choice (about 200 g), e.g. raspberry or apricot

Powdered sugar for dusting
