Best Ever Quiche Recipe

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 45-55 minutes | Chilling Time: 30+ minutes | Servings: 8

Ingredients
For the Crust:

1 9-inch unbaked pie crust, homemade or store-bought

1 egg white, lightly beaten (optional, for a sealant)

For the Quiche Custard Base:

4 large eggs

1 ¼ cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)

½ cup whole milk

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Suggested Fillings (Choose one combination or create your own):

Classic Quiche Lorraine: 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon, 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese, 1 shallot (sautéed)

Spinach & Feta: 1 cup cooked and squeezed-dry spinach, ½ cup crumbled feta cheese, ¼ cup chopped fresh dill

Ham & Cheddar: 1 cup diced ham, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped chives
