Seafood Salad

This light and creamy seafood salad is a perfect make-ahead meal, ideal for a refreshing lunch, a sandwich filling, or an elegant appetizer. Chilling time allows the flavors to blend beautifully for the best taste.

Ingredients

1 lb imitation crab meat (flake-style or chunks), chopped

1 cup cooked small shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 stalks celery, finely diced

¼ cup red onion, finely diced

¼ cup sweet pickle relish (optional)

For the Dressing:

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or your favorite seafood seasoning)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For Garnish (optional):

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
