Agua de Avena y Chía para Bajar de Peso
Ingredients:
1 cucharada of avena in hojuelas
1 spoonful of chía semillas
1 bottle of water
Jugo de ½ lemon (optional)
Preparation:
Place the avena and the chía in a water vessel.
Already rested for at least 30 minutes or all night long.
When consumed, add the juice of lemon if desired.
Revuelve bien antes de tomar.
