8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 slider buns
Optional toppings: chopped green onions, pickles
Directions
1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top.
2. Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon to the slow cooker, and stir until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.

Variations & Tips

For a slightly healthier twist, you can use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. If you have picky eaters, consider offering a selection of toppings so everyone can customize their sliders to their liking – think sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, or even some spicy jalapeños for those who like an extra kick. For a gluten-free option, serve the crack chicken in lettuce wraps instead of buns.
