PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOES

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef
1 yellow onion, finely diced
1 green pepper, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup beef broth
¼ cup A-1 Steak Sauce
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
Sliced provolone cheese
Hamburger buns, sliders, etc.
Instructions:

Sautéing the Beef and Veggies: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and salt until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess grease.
Creating the Sauce: Stir in the cornstarch until the meat is coated, then add the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
