Make the Filling Base
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and milk until smooth.
Blend in Cheese and Eggs
Add eggs and whisk until combined. Stir in the cheese fondue dough until creamy.
Prepare the Crust
Grease a removable-bottom cake pan with butter. Line with puff pastry, pressing it into the base and sides. Trim excess and prick the bottom with a fork.
Assemble the Cake
Pour the cheese mixture into the pastry shell and spread evenly.
Bake
Preheat oven to 428°F (220°C). Bake for 45 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is set but still creamy.
Tip: Tent loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly.
Rest and Serve
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Remove the pan sides and serve warm.
Serving idea: Bake in mini tart pans for elegant individual portions.
