Ingredients

Tea Base

  • 8 cups (2 liters) water
  • 6 hibiscus tea bags (or ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced

Protein

  • 4 scoops unflavored or berry-flavored whey protein isolate (or collagen peptides, if preferred)

Sweetener (Optional)

  • 2–4 tablespoons erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or your preferred sugar-free sweetener

To Finish

  • 8 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
