Instructions
Boil the 1.5 cups of water in a small pot.
Reduce to a simmer and add crushed garlic.
Let simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Optionally, add raw honey for taste.
Let cool slightly before drinking.
