Instructions
Step 1 – Heat the Oil

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

Never leave hot oil unattended.
Step 2 – Make the Batter

Whisk pancake mix, water, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
Step 3 – Prepare the Coating

Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow bowl.
Step 4 – Coat the Marshmallows

Optional: Insert a toothpick or skewer into each marshmallow for control and even cooking.

Dip marshmallow in batter until fully coated.

Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Step 5 – Fry the Marshmallows

Keep oil temperature between 350–375°F (175–190°C).

Fry 1–2 marshmallows at a time for 30–60 seconds until golden brown.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Step 6 – Serve

Let cool slightly before eating.

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar and serve with chocolate sauce.
