Instructions:
Begin by placing freezing a mixer bowl and beaters for 15 minutes. This will enable you to make fluffier ice creams.
Whip the cold heavy cream in the frozen bowl until it achieves stiff peaks. You must do this if you want light and airy ice cream.
Stir gently sweetened condensed milk into the mixture so that everything is well combined. It will give your ice-cream a smooth base.
Flavor your mixture with anything such as vanilla extract for traditional taste, cocoa powder for more chocolatey flavor, fruit puree to make it refreshing or crushed cookies which add some crunchiness, then distribute them uniformly throughout by stirring.
Transfer the mixture into a container that can be put inside the freezer. Level off its surface using spatula if necessary to ensure even freezing.
Cover with lid or plastic wrap and place into freezer.
Allow it to freeze not less than six hours but overnight is recommended so as to attain perfect consistency of an ice cream.
When serving, scoop out homemade ice creams into bowls or cones then dig into their creamy deliciousness!
