Sweet Potato Cranberry Gratin: The Best Comfort Food Delight

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into thin rounds.
