Ingredients (for one cup):

1 bag of Lipton Yellow Label tea

3 to 4 cloves

2 to 3 slices of fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon grated

1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

200 ml of water
Preparation :

Boil the water with the ginger and cloves .

Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes to release the aromas.

Pour over the tea bag and let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes .

Add honey if desired, and enjoy piping hot .
