How to use Vicks VapoRub to get rid of pests?

The problem:  These small, organized columns sometimes invade the house through the slightest crack.
The trick:  Spread a thin layer of Vicks on doorsteps, windowsills, or any busy passageway.  The menthol acts as an invisible barrier that they carefully avoid.

Flies: they cannot tolerate camphor

The problem:  Flies often appear in the kitchen, especially around garbage.
The trick:  Place an open jar of Vicks near the sink, trash can, or window.  Its scent disrupts their sense of smell, much like overpowering perfume in a small room.

Spiders: natural repellent without insecticide
